Qualifications:
Bachelor's /College Degree in Human Resource Development Management or any course.
Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
Highly knowledgeable with MS Office, etc.
Strong interpersonal, multitasking and time-management skills.
Hands-on experience with various job sites
Knowledge of sourcing techniques
Able to do multitasking.
Must be goal driven and self-motivated.
Willingness to learn and can work with less supervision.
Responsibilities:
Handles end-to-end process of recruitment or HR Tasks which includes coordinating job posts, joining job fairs, reviewing resumes, administering the pre-employment exam, interviewing applicants.
Effective HR administration and people management skills
Ensure that all training needs are consistently met the required timelines.
Provide reports on training completion and performance.
Act as custodian of 201 files and must see to it that all files are intact.
Assist with the day-to day operations of the HR Functions.
