Is currently looking for:
HR GENERALIST
Primary Responsibilities:
Handles end-to-end sourcing, recruitment, selection and on-boarding
Must execute recruitment plan effectively
Conducts interviews through phone and face-to-face
Meets deadlines and quota
Coordinates with the department heads for the interview schedule
Endorsing qualified applicants to line managers
Conducts background check and investigation
Processing of employment requirements and filing of 201
Attend job fairs, college/university career fair, conferences and recruitment events
Prepares weekly reports
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Sciences, Industrial Relations, and allied courses
With experience in recruitment is an advantage.
Knowledge and experience in recruitment facets are an advantage
Experience with BPO is an advantage
With excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills, decision-making and organization skills
