Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
At least a year of HR work experience
Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
Knowledge on US payroll and procedures is a plus
Familiarity with payroll software/systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
