You will be responsible for a variety of HR activities, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Provide guidance on conflict resolution and contribute to maintaining a positive employee relations climate.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other fringe benefits.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
Compliance:
Stay current with HR laws and regulations, ensuring the company's policies and practices are in compliance.
Assist in HR audits and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1 year proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR functions, laws, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
