RESPONSIBILITIES
• In-charge in HR functions for South Mindanao business (Davao, Gensan, Kidapawan, Cotabato)
• Oversees hiring (applicant filtering) and deployment
• Creation of quality applicants' pool
• Cascades day 1 procedures to newbies (to include orientation in Policies and processes)
• Basic handling of employees' concerns (assisted by head)
• Conducts activites (for work-life balance) as approved by management
• Monitors evaluations of employees and coordinates with respective heads on results and recommendations
• Submits reports on hiring and other reports related to the function
• Travels to other sites outside branch assignment from time to time
• Performs other tasks as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of Psychology/Human Resources
• Experience in I/O setting is an advantage
• Excellent Communications and Written Skills
• Highly personable
• Ability to create presentations usings powepoint slides and other programs and able to conduct presentations with confidence
• Basic knowledge in LABOR standards
• Can work well in a fast-paced environment
• No issues with travels outside of branch assignment from time to time
