HR GENERALIST
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or other related course
Preferably with an HR Generalist experience and progressive leadership experience in various HR functions
With a strong background in Employee Relations, Performance Management and Compensation & Benefits
Has a working knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and its allied laws, rules and regulations
Knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, training & development, etc.)
Has the initiative in making the judgement in varying situations
Highly analytical and must be results oriented with a strong foundation of integrity
With excellent people management skills and able to deal effectively with all levels of the organization
Must be proactive, dependable and responsible
