Job Description:
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of our hiring procedure, from candidate sourcing and selection to conducting orientation, training for new hires, keep staff records, performance evaluations, government compliances, and assist with payroll administration. Your role will also involve traveling to our branches as and when required to ensure streamlined HR processes across all locations.
Key Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of DOLE Compliances and SSS/PhilHealth/PAG-IBIG Compliances is crucial to success in this role.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are a must.
- Assisting the COO with various administrative tasks will also be part of your responsibilities.
