HR GENERALIST
 
SALARY: Depending on Experience
 
Responsibilities:
Perform all facets of HR "from Hiring to Firing"
Conduct recruitment when necessary
Facilitate extensive selection process by conducting background check and onboarding
Conduct new hire orientation
Create and implement policies and procedures
Coordinate with department heads for performance concerns of employees
Regularly facilitate performance appraisal
Ensure a just processing of employee grievances and disciplinary sanctions
Represent management during Admin Hearings.
Plan and implement employee engagement events and rewards & recognition activities
Double-check timekeeping for payroll
Coordinate with third-party companies to conduct seminars
Coordinate with third-party agencies (e.g., security) for Benefits Transmittal
Qualifications:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management
With at least three years of managerial experience in a human resource
Proficient in MS Office Programs such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Has good oral and written skills
Willing to be assigned in Tabok, Mandaue
