JOB DESCRIPTION:
Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts, mediating disagreements, issuance of notice to explain, verbal and written warnings, and conducting disciplinary actions.
Administer various HR functions, such as recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements by staying current with DOLE rules and guidelines.
Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues, including policies, procedures, benefits, and compensation.
Conduct training and development sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, including employee files, benefits, and other related data.
Assist with time log keeping of company's payroll and benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
Coordinate and participate in HR-related projects, such as policy development and implementation.
Conduct regular audits to ensure HR-related policies and procedures are being followed.
Maintain relationships with the Management, and all Employees both managerial and rank and file.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration.
Strong knowledge of DOLE laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and with all other time keeping HR system an advantage
