DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists in ensuring that all payments and mandatory deductions are accurate, complete and properly monitored through the different channels and systems or platform being used
Processes documentation requirements of employees for mandated benefits such as certification for SSS, PhilHealth and PAG-IBIG
Generates time and attendance record of employees, check Overtime/under time entries, leaves and forward to accounting for payroll.
Administers and processes SSS and Pag-Ibig (HDMF) Loans application of employees.
Maintains, updates and submits the changes of employee records such as change in status and dependents to SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-Ibig (HDMF).
Attends to any scheduled seminars, training and meetings as maybe directed by immediate superior / management.
Handles employment-related inquiries from employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health.
Performs other duties as assigned
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field, or extensive prior experience in human resources.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and labor relations, preferred.
A player-coach & someone who can think at a whole of business level as well as be hands-on; highly collaborative; very service focused - someone who looks for solutions and loves solving problems; energetic; positive with a good sense of humor.
Organized and efficient in daily tasks
Must be fluent in English skills would be an advantage.
Must be an excellent written and verbal communicator; strong consulting skills & able to influence and resolve issues.
