Position Overview
A successful HR Generalist will have extensive HR experience, familiar with company procedures, and have sound labor law knowledge. Ability to lead every stage of the engagement, and employee relations and address all staff-related issues
You should be able to juggle many responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude. You should also have excellent administrative skills and easily communicate with staff at all levels. You should be familiar with the finer workings of the company, but never lose sight of the big picture.
Essential Function
Ensuring the accuracy of job offers, employment contracts, new hire requirements, and HR onboarding activities
Leading employee engagement activities and promoting a high level of employee morale and motivation
Handle the dissemination of notices, correspondences, and memoranda
Managing activities on personnel movement; account onboarding, promotions, transfers, terminations, and resignations.
Processing and properly documenting all employee labor relation matters e.g., grievance, investigation, documentation, and providing fair and just recommendations on disciplinary actions
Assisting in identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
Working with HR team members on all to-do lists for the week towards the departmental targets
Consolidates and submits departmental reports, survey results, and relevant updates
Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork and reports
Requirement
Graduate of BSHRM, BSIE, or BS Psychology; Post Graduate Study is a plus
Relevant years of experience in various HR roles and/or similar capacity
Adept in Philippine Labor Laws.
Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Self-starter, highly motivated, goal-oriented, persistent, fast learner, team player and can multitask
Strong moral and ethical code
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent administrative skills
Can work on the US hours
