Description
The successful applicant will assume the position of HR Generalist. You will be responsible for the general operations of Human Resources in Isabela such as but not limited to coordination of all upper decisions/movement concerning employee relations in headquarters based in Pampanga, maintenance of manpower pooling for salesforce team, working closely with the third-party agency on payroll and recruitment.
You will also be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment of all direct hires; ensures that all new hires are enrolled in the portal payroll system up until separation.
