We are looking for an HR Generalist in Eaton's Electrical Business, based in Tanauan, Batangas. This position provides support in functional areas of human resources including training, on-boarding and recruitment activities for hourly personnel. For training, it involves hourly on-boarding activities ensuring new hires training program is executed. The position's key scope is on recruitment processes including school partnership, talent search, interviewing and placement.
This position also provides support in functional areas of human resources including learning and development, performance management, personnel records, focal for HRSS and wellness program. Prepares reports in conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
Your Essential Responsibilities:
Establishes and implements annual training plan and provides training budget with needs collection and analysis
Maintains training records, evaluates and manages test/examination paper files supports HR manager on OCA program with annual 9-block matrix and succession plan completion
Assists in the recruitment and hiring of competent candidates to fill all vacancies (both regular and contractor) on time
Assists in the analysis of plan HC and hiring requests
Assists in establish and maintains talent pool for long term talents search
Recommends improvement for the hiring process and tacking hiring quality
Assists HRM to conduct Retention Risk Assessment to identify high risky talents and develop an action plan to minimize loss
Assists to conducts job rotation, transferring and conversion
Prepares paperwork of OCA, HR operating review and other Eaton people retention and development, EBS and other Eaton business-related system evaluation
Be responsible for the establishment and implementation of annual training plan and training budget with needs collection and analysis
Be in -charge of training records, evaluation, and test/examination paper files management;
Supports HR manager on OCA program with annual 9-block matrix and succession plan completion
Supports HR manager on performance cycle management with completion check and chase, evaluation and calibration meeting coordination
Updates and maintains personnel information with the new hire, termination, and HC status change and focal for HRSS
Prepares and ensures the quality of HR reports, HR data and metrics in conformance with organization needs
Qualifications
If You Have:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources
Knowledge of manufacturing operations and requirements
Interviewing Skills
Excellent communication and writing skills, customer service and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills; Ability to drive results even as an individual contributor
Good teamwork spirit and can work alone and under pressure
Fluent in English and Filipino
