HIRING: HR GENERALIST (will be assigned in Mandaue City)
 
Qualifications:
BS degree in Human Resources or any related field
At least 2 years working experience as Human Resources Generalist and has the knowledge on all HR facets (Employee Relations, Discipline, Compensation and Benefits, and Performance Management)
Excellent in written & oral communication skills
Advance technical skills in using MS Office Programs, with emphasis on Excel for report collation and data analysis
People oriented and results driven
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
