Responsibilities:
Work in close liaison with HR and Recruitment Departments
Conduct background investigations on candidates who pass the initial interview
Monitor status of trainees and track their requirements
Make constant follow ups with department managers and supervisors to check on the trainees’ status
Prepare IDs for new hires
Maintain trackers and keep records updated
Performs other duties of a similar nature/level or as may be assigned by superiors from time-to-time
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management or equivalent
Must have at least 1 year of related experience
Candidates with third-party background investigation experience highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
Can work under pressure and can maintain positive and professional attitude towards handling employee feedback and concerns
Must be keen to details
Proficient in MS Office applications
Will to work full time on-site
Willing to work on holidays
