Job Description:
Payroll
Ensures timekeeping is accurate for all employees and submitted on time for payroll purposes
Processes salary increase/deduction of employees
Assists in the preparation/checking of payroll of employees
Last Pay
POC of processing separation of employees computation and facilitate signing of clearance and coordinates with Accounts department recomputation and release of cheque
Leave Credits / Service Incentive Leave
Responsible for monitoring leave credits of all employees, ensure that employees leave records are updated at all times
Generate report of available leave credits for all employees at the end of year for conversion to cash equivalent purposes
HMO
Act as main POC for HMO and serves as Health Provider Coordinator
Enroll newly regularized employees
Inform health provider of separated members
Update health provider of the list of members
Coordinates with accounts re payment to HMO provider-
Additional Duties
In-charge for Manpower Cost Report. Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
Prepares forecasted regularization list and send out to respective superiors prior to the date of regularization
Generates & processes EAR
Ensures company is compliant with Philippine laws on government statutory benefits for employees
Assists in processing of employees' SSS, Phil-Health, Pag-ibig and BIR documents
Helps/Supervises HR Specialist in the updating, monitoring & submission of government related reports
Assists in receiving pre-employment requirements for new trainees/hires and ensure that they have completed the entire pre-employment process prior to being endorsed to Operation
Performs other functions as may be required by the management from time to time or as the situation dictates
