A. General:
Graduate of Psychology, HR or any related field
3-5 years experience in the HR function
Excellent written, verbal communication skills
Influencer, good negotiator
Enthusiastic, eager to learn
Proficient in MS Office
B. Specific:
Must have experience in the following HR functions:
recruitment
employee relations / events
HR administration - day to day operations work (HRIS/database updating, onboarding, reports, documentation)
benefits administration - government-related (SSS, Philhealth, etc.)
Experience in the following is a plus:
organizational development
labor relations
business partnership
occupational safety and health
HR policy, design and administration
training and development
