Job SummaryAs the HR Generalist, you'll be pivotal in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and ensuring HR compliance. The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of Philippine labor laws, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the organization.Requirements:
At least four (4) years of experience in HR roles with experience in training and development, benefits administration and performance management
Bachelor's degree of human resources, business administration or related degree
A good understanding of technology and technical skills
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for Tech roles
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Solid understanding of HR practices
Strong decision making, interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced in sourcing IT resources with this background or experience
HR certifications
