Must have extensive experience in recruitment
 
 
-Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course
-Four or more years of demonstrated experience in the human resources field, with emphasis on employment, employee relations, benefits, compensation and payroll
-Must show strong initiative, exercise sound judgment, and take appropriate action when necessary; must have strong interpersonal skills
-Must have intermediate PC skills to format reports, presentations, spreadsheets, graphics, general word processing etc.
-Can work under pressure and minimal supervision
-Must be able to communicate well both oral and written
-Must be trustworthy, have good ethics and self-discipline
-Preferably able to drive 2-wheel or 4-wheel vehicles (MT); and with valid driver’s license 
-Communication Tools: Mobile Phone Unit with postpaid line
