Job Description Details: The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the HR functions, specifically on employee and/or labor relations, HR information systems (PeopleSoft) and benefits administration. J Job Description Details: The Human Resources (HR) Generalist is responsible for the day-to-day administration of the HR functions, specifically on employee and/or labor relations, HR information systems (PeopleSoft) and benefits administration. Job Responsibilities: Onsite HR support and act as liaison for employees Responsible for handling management, employee and discipline concerns Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the HRIS and payroll data May assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures and their communication to the employees May assist with the administration of the compensation system May assist with the administration of benefit programs Job Requirements Details: Skills, Licenses, Knowledge, Education and Training Requirements: Bachelor"s Degree or equivalent required At least three (3) years" experience in HR Excellent communication skills Knowledge of Philippine employment laws Knowledge of HR management practices, preferably in the BPO setting Public speaking capabilities helpful Good problem resolution skills Excellent ability to handle conflict Attendance and schedule adherence are requirements of this position Work schedule would be supporting North America hours. Level of Knowledge, Skills, and Authority: Applies job skills, policies, and procedures to complete substantive assignments/projects/tasks of moderate scope and complexity Exercises judgment within defined guidelines and practices to determine appropriate action
