General Responsibilities
The HR Admin Generalist is primarily responsible for supporting the Human Resources department by handling various administrative tasks related to employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, training, compliance, and other HR-related functions. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willing to work on-site (BGC)
