Telemind BPO is looking for a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team. Your role will encompass key areas of HR, such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Managing the recruitment process from crafting job descriptions to interviewing candidates.
Onboarding new hires efficiently and providing them with the necessary training.
Administering employee benefits and updating our HR database with employees' job information.
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Resolving any issues or problems that employees might face, maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction.
Required Work Experience:
We're looking for a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or a similar HR function.
 
Required Skills:
The successful candidate should have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, proficiency in HRIS and MS Office, and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
 
Required Education:
A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
