Job Description
Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Providing counseling on policies and procedures
Maintenance of the actuality and correctness of all the stored data about employees and HR-related information, e.g. vacations, fluctuation, absence
Qualifications:
A minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Others or similar fields.
