HR-EMPLOYEE RELATIONS STAFF
 
Qualifications:
Ability to counsel employees regarding work schedule, holiday (legal/special)
Ability to assist in explaining company compensation and benefit programs
Attends disciplinary action conferences and other general assembly meetings
Prepares reports of investigation and assists in other safety and security Incident Reports
Assists the ER Officer in all disciplinary actions;
Assists in Arranging for Annual Physical Examination (APE), development of company policies and employee engagements
Educational and other pertinent Qualifications:
Graduates of HRDM courses preferred but not necessary
At least 1 year of the same experience
Experience in handling Admin Cases
Basic knowledge on the Labor Code of the Philippines-LR-ER
Others, will be asked during the Interview Processes
