HR / DOCUMENTATION STAFF
 
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Psych or BSHRM
Has the ability to communicate effectively in verbal & written form
With 1-2 years of experience
Organizational skills and Leadership Skills
Perform independently, and maintain confidentiality
Ability to do fieldwork.
Can start immediately
Job Responsibilities:
 
A. Recruitment
Process job posting advertisements
Contact applicants for schedule of interviews and exams
Facilitate pre-employment examinations
Facilitates the Job Offer/Orientation and the discussion of pre-employment requirements
B. Employee Relations
Monitor Leave Credits / Offsets
Prepares Memo (English / Bisaya) subject for HR Head approval
Prepares COE and Waiver and Quitclaim for resigned/terminated employees
Prepares HR announcement such as new hires, holidays and birthdays (for team information)
Do scanning and filing of documents to 201 file
Monitoring of employee's regularization
Prepares employees notice of regularization
Facilitates the Registration of Establishment in DOLE
C. Compensation & Benefits
Prepares and facilitates employee's enrolment to health insurance, and issuance of LOA (Letter of Authority)
Prepares and monitors accident insurance claim
Facilitates Employees / Directors Annual Medical Exams
D. Documentation
Book Flight and Boat tickets as requested
Process application of new / renewal of business permits and its other pemits as compliance
Prepares and process requirements for the accreditation of other Government Regulatory Agencies like, SRA DENR, BOC-AMO, PWPA, PhilGeps, DOE, BIR, FDA, BAI, BPI and PhilGeps
Process and monitors renewal of company vehicles delivery permits, Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu Lapu City, Cebu Province and Cebu Port Authority Annual Vehicle Pass and Employees CPA ID
SEC Filing
Preparation of other legal documents necessary for the operation of the company
Filing of insurance and prepares new / renewal contract of lease
Monitoring and Initiating Payment Request for Real Property Taxes
Monitors and assists repairs of office and in other properties
Monitors and updates Company Directors 201 files, and prepares renewal of DFA Passports, Drivers Licenses and others
Performs such other duties assigned
