Qualifications:
 
1.       A graduate of psychology, HRDM or any business-related courses.
2.       Result oriented, hardworking and a team player.
3.       Able to work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment.
4.       Experience in shipping industry is a plus.
5.       Can render overtime when needed.
6.       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
7.       Can start ASAP.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
1.       Sea-based Timekeeping:
·         Checking the DTR/Attendance sheets of all crews per vessel sent through Viber and updates the crew list of all vessels under different companies (PCTSC, ABMCI, ABISC, SVSC, LMVC, VIISC, and WVMCC).
2.       Food Allowance
·         Computes the food allowances of all crews per vessel.
3.       Handles the contract signing for newly hired sea-based crews.
4.       Issue an Embarkation Letter for new hires, transfers, and returns.
5.       Updates leave credits monitoring.
6.       Updates daily movement attendance sheets.
7.       Handles the deployment of sea-based crews/crew movements.
8.       Answers and resolves employee concerns.
