315 Auto Parts Sales, established in 2002, is a trusted provider of quality automotive spare parts, expanding from a single store to eight locations across Cebu.
We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator that will be responsible for the following:
Recruitment, Pooling, and Onboarding - assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and initial training.
Employee Relations - serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues, such as Employee Benefits Inquiries and Government Benefits Applications. Assist in resolving employee concerns, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
HR Administration - maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee leave management. Prepare and maintain HR-related documents.
Training - coordinate training sessions from external resources and suppliers. Track and record employee training progress, ensuring completion of mandatory training. Assist in the development of training materials and resources.
Compliance and Policy Management Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Monitor and maintain accurate records of employee certifications, licenses, and compliance training
Performance Management Support the performance review process by coordinating timelines, gathering feedback, and assisting the Management with evaluations. Monitor employee performance metrics and provide data to support HR decisions.
