Responsibilities
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or any relevant degree; Targeted Selection Certified practitioner
Experience
Proven relevant track record in talent acquisition and compensation, or similar experience in an HR role.
Experience in HR Information systems
Responsible for candidate management by ensuring a delightful candidate experience from sourcing up to on-boarding and retention purposes.
Acts as the administrator for the OJT or Student Trainee Program of HRS
Coordinates Compensation processes like payroll preparation, salary planning, bonus and benefits studies.
Coordinates and processes applications for Alien Employment Permit (AEP) and or other similar permits of newly hired employees as part of DOLE requirements
Prepares certificates, reports, graphs, charts and statistics in support of talent acquisition and compensation functions.
Supports employee engagement by providing logistical support to the different employee events and initiatives
