NSIBILITIES
1. Responsible on administration of Recruitment Process. This includes of sourcing candidates, administer examination and conducts initial interview to applicants. Ensures on time delivery of manpower requirement to client (WHI)
2. Responsible for the end to end Pre/Post Employment Process
Pre- Employment
· Checks pre-employment requirements and prepares documentation for on on-boarding employee
· Conducts new employees' orientation and endorses to the department supervisor/head for immersion
· Ensures that all employee record (201 files) are complete particularly the pre-employment documents, employment contract, bank/ATM records, new employees' checklist, etc.;
Post-Employment
· Process documentations and ensures turnover of accountabilities of resigned employee
· Ensures that last pay is process and release on time
3. Facilitate mandatory (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR) and Company Initiated Benefits
· Assist employees on processing loan application to SSS and HDMF
· Submit mandatory report to (SSS, PHIC, HDMF, BIR)
· Review and submit the initiated benefit application of employees
4. Ensures that the employee needs and concerns are properly addressed and attended which includes the following:
· Announcement of new memorandum
· Monitors violation (if any) of the code of conduct and review recommendation of the Immediate Superior and forward to Management for final decision
5. Issues Disciplinary action on the employees with violation based on Company Code of Conduct.
6. Transmit all documents related to Human Resource document from WHI to SPAI HO
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
