HR Coordinator (Help Center)
JOB SUMMARY:To assist the Principal HR Specialist/Sr. Specialist/Principal Recruiter in an assigned Human Resource sub-function such as Benefits, HR Help Center, Payroll and Timekeeping, Recruitment and HR Risk Management.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Provides functional support in the assigned sub-function, including but not limited to:
HR Help Center:
Process associate's concerns, inquiries and requests via Salesforce: Handles and resolves Tier 1 cases within 24 hours following quality standards of Local Work Instructions and HR Operations' Official Playbook; Redirects and assigns Tier 2 cases to appropriate HR functions and ensures resolution within 72 hours
Maintains the 201 personnel files
Distributes HR documents to associates, as requested
Acts as front-facing HR resource to associates for other HR admin requirements
2. Other job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS / QUALIFICATIONS:
Educational Background: Psychology or any relevant courses
Preferably with background in HRIS
Must be able to provide analytical aptitude to resolve complicated cases, as well as identify areas of opportunities in HR Help Center's processes and workflow
Must be good in dealing with customers
Amenable on working in a shifting schedule, holidays, and weekends
Must display organized thought process, possess organizational skills, and have the ability to properly handle confidential information and data
Must be responsive in providing accurate and timely resolution to the associates
Must be customer-centric and must possess excellent interpersonal skills
Must be highly analytical and have problem solving skills
Must possess excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken English
Must be willing to work with shifting schedules
Must be willing to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City
