Processing new manpower request from clients
Scheduling of job interviews and assisting in interview process for client requirements
Assisting in Payroll
Ensuring background and reference check;
Assisting newly hires for pre-employment requirements
In-charge of orientation of new employees
Maintaining files and databases, records related to grievances, performance reviews and disciplinary actions;
Drafting memos and business correspondence, and;
Generate time reports of employees.
Job Specification:
Graduate of any 4-year course preferably Human Resource related
With at least 6-12 months' experience, knowledge in Payroll and General HR
With strong personality
Willing to start immediately
Area of Assignment:
Butuan Airport, Bancasi, Butuan City, 8600

Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Availability for travel: Yes
Availability for change of residence: Yes
