Partner with the hiring manager and Recruitment COE to manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding. Ensure timely hiring of candidates for the open roles.
Partner with the Site Leadership Team and People Engagement Committee (PEPComm) in designing and planning various development and engagement initiatives

Bachelor's degree
2+ years' experience in a communications position
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Psychology or Communications
Ability to use internal communication tools
Ability to use change management tools in the organization
Coaching skills
Ability to create intranet sites in SharePoint
Computer skills (MS Office package)
Ability to influence others
Presentation and public speaking skills
Independent worker
