HR / COMPANY NURSE
POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible in the implementation, administration and monitoring of all employees benefit programs; ensures compliance with all legal requirements of government-mandated benefits.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Registered Nurse, with BOSH certification and First Aid Training is a plus
At least two (2) years' experience in handling HR Benefits, preferably in the hotel industry
Knowledge in HR functions, statutory benefits processing and Philippine Labor Laws
Working knowledge on MS office communication and application, preferably with exposure to HRIS
Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
