HR BUSINESS PARTNERS (ONSITE)
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree graduate
At least 1 year of employee relations experience; preferably in BPO
Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks.
Must be willing to work on night shift and onsite.
Responsibilities:
Monitors completion and generates reports and dashboards.
Onboarding: ID Management, PERs, NHO
Offboarding: clearance closures
HR Help Hub: closures of simple, moderate and complex issues. Takes care of updating FAQs.

Survey Administrator: Moments that Matter, eSAT, eNPS
Can perform HR Generalist functions
Responds to Background Verification
Plans and implements engagement activities for HR
