JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner that will support and provide guidance to stakeholder in the implementation of local and overseas programs and processes
Effectively communicate with stakeholders about business alignment and decisions
Reviews and ensures timely execution of performance evaluation for all employees
Develops data- driven intervention or initiatives to drive process improvement and employee engagement
Facilitates HR- related enablement sessions, strategic planning, and other organizational needs required by the business
JOB QUALIFICATION
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Business Administration, Psychology or any related field.
With at least 2- 3 years experience in business partnering, talent management, organizational development
Good Communication and stakeholder management skills
Strategic and Critical Thinker
Optimistic and can thrive in ambiguities
Data- driven and highly accurate
Preferably with experience in conceptualizing and implementing projects
Preferably with performance management experience
Basic to intermediate proficiency level in Microsoft Offices
Willing to work in Eastwood, Quezon City
