Job description
Manage the end to end recruitment process for Visayas Region
First point of contact for all the local HR matters and manage employee relationships
Provide HR support for the full employee's lifecycle: e.g. hiring, onboarding, off-boarding
Assist in implementation of employee due process and disciplinary actions
Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs
Support local training programs implementation and employees development plans
Provide support in other ad-hoc activities & projects
Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Psychology or any Human Resource Management related courses
Experience as HR Generalist for at least 2 years
Business oriented: we look for someone who goes under the surface, helping our business understanding their needs and activities

Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
Outstanding discretion, and unwavering commitment to ensuring confidentiality in all aspects of the role
Background/Experience in the financing industry would be considered a plus
Willing to do field recruitment and branch visits in Visayas Region
