Key Functions
Manages the manning, employee's engagement, retention, and other HR related concerns that will have an impact to PC business
Collaborates with the Cluster Heads in terms of manning, performance, employee discipline, succession planning and other HR related concerns
Attends to Core Business employees' concern
Qualifications
Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource Management
At least more than 5 years' experience in human resource
With background in labor relations, organizational development, and talent management
With experience handling multiple locations
