Job Description:
Partners with the key stakeholders and functional leads to identify talent management needs of the assigned account under Shopee Xpress, ensuring sustainable organizational growth through coordination of talent acquisition, training opportunities, targeted retention, healthy attrition, etc.
Provides day-to-day support for employee queries/concerns for stakeholders in the assigned accounts under Shopee Xpress
Ensure the implementation and application of policies, processes, and systems with the business requirements in mind
Ensure proper updating and cascading to employees regarding any changes in company policy
Counsel and support employees in the resolution of specific individual local People issues
Raise key issues to senior team members for consultation on appropriate plan of action
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Manage, in close coordination with internal teams, all employee discipline cases from investigation and documentation to resolution
Responsible for new hire welcome/onboarding; ensures hires have complete onboarding support and endorsement
Tracks and ensures completion of important communications including performance appraisals, employee movement letters, organizational surveys, offboarding clearances, and disciplinary memos
Provides necessary support for Shopee Xpress hubs during company campaigns and key events
Plans and executes employee engagement initiatives for the assigned accounts including quarterly team building
Assist with implementation of new and ongoing business initiatives, as needed
Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders and be willing to cater to highly urgent employee requests potentially outside regular working hours
Must be willing to travel to different hubs, as needed
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 4 years of general working experience in HR
Great team player and works well with others
Excellent communication skills
Well versed with local legal employment conditions and local statutory regulations
Strong mindset for continuous improvement and exceeding client expectations
Detail oriented and has excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Experienced in multidisciplinary project management and corresponding change management
Operates with a high degree of integrity and stellar work ethics
Capability to work in a multicultural environment is a must
Experience handling employees in a logistics/warehousing environment is an advantage
