Work Schedule: Shifting (Morning/Mid/Graveyard)
Job overview:
• Provide general human resources support, including recruiting, retention, orientation, career growth, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and communications, for assigned employees and/or programs or divisions.
• Ensures that HR procedures and activities are aligned with company standards and properly communicated and implemented
• Provides advice and support to address problems with supply/demand and provides insight into activities for resource planning.
• Coordinate, implement, prioritize and handle the escalation of all activities carried out by the HR and HR business partner
• Work together with the People Programs Lead on cross-DTE programs and strategies and with the HR Business Partner team to ensure that procedures and programs are carried out and implemented on the ground at the respective project sites.
Qualifications
• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree course preferably in Human Resources or any related course
• At least 1-3 years of work experience as HR Business Partner (Employee & Labor Relations/Strategic Business Partnering/HR functions)
• Preferably worked with BPO/Shared Service industry
• Proven experience in Stakeholder Relations and project management
• Background in Philippine Labour Laws / HR governing policies
• Intermediate Proficiency Level in using Excel and PowerPoint
• Can work in shifting schedule (Morning/Mid/Graveyard)
• Amenable to work in Angeles, Pampanga
Note/s:
• Open for Metro Manila applicants as long as can work in Angeles, Pampanga
• All interview process will conducted remotely
