The HR Business Partner works under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager and performs all clerical responsibilities required for the Human Resources Team to function efficiently. They are also responsible for collectin and managing all data concerning all employees and performing transactional duties in support of the Company's manpower. The HR Business Partner reports directly to the Human Resources Manager and acts as the Line Manager and supervises all specialists, coordinator, and associates of the department. They also perform administrative and clerical tasks relative to processes of HR and ensures that the department is running and provides timely and accurate output for operations to use.
Key Responsibilities
- Guides, monitors, and tracks progress of staffs via monthly coaching and scoring
- Conducts Human Resources orientations for new on-board employees
- Serves as SME for HRIS (system maintenance, screen and workflow creation, etc.
- Case Management; assist in releasing NTE; Facilitate Admin hearing and NOD.
- Liaise between employees and the management in a courteous and professional manner
- Ensures output of all HR Personnel are accurate and free from error
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes
- Plans and implement training programs for HR Personnel's career path
- Spearheads governmental audits and ensures compliance
- Screens and certifies all benefit claims before endorsing to higher management for approval
- Initiates Contract Adjustment
- Provides HR Reports intended for Payroll processing
- Accomplish administrative and clericals tasks relative to the needs of the department
- May perform tasks of other HR Personnel when necessary
- Other tasks which may be assigned
- University degree in business or related discipline.
- Previous experience within a HR environment for at least five years
- Has relative experience in handling and/or supervising people
- Experience in HR Business Partnership set-up is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of the relevant legislation, Human Resources policies & procedures, rules and regulations.
- Excellent PC skills and exposure to Human Resources based systems.
- Good customer service skills and strong communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Good negotiating and persuasive abilities and ability to interact with all levels in the organisation.
- Strong analytical abilities and computer literacy skills.
- Good administration experience.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
