Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Collect/analyze human resources data and make recommendations to promote continual improvement
Handle complex employee relations matters, in addition to acting as a coach/consultant to employees, supervisors, and managers
Enhance the HR departments' reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to objectives and output.
Complete projects and special assignments determining priorities, effective time management, gaining the cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving, and making appropriate adjustment to project plans.
Required Qualifications:
Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain the integrity of confidential information.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively multi-task.
Able to work without direction. Proactive and results-driven.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in HR supporting Healthcare and Medical Devices is preferred.
Previous experience with Success Factors (HRIS) is preferred.
Education and Experience Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in addition to 5-7 years of HR experience, or a master's degree in HR management and 5 years of experience in the HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
Travel Required:
0 - 24%
Language Skills: Must be able to communicate effectively in English. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Physical Demands: May be required to perform the following Physical Activity: Standing, walking, sitting, using hands, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear, taste or smell.
