We are looking for a proactive HR / AUDIT STAFF candidate for our client's retail operations.
 
As an HR/Audit Staff you are:
You review store and branch operations by checking financial transactions, cash handling, and inventory records to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
You also verify sales reports and stock levels and identify discrepancies or operational issues that need attention.
You conduct compliance checks across branches in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao, ensuring that internal controls, processes, and regulatory standards are properly followed, and prepare clear findings after each review.
You monitor CCTV footage, review incident logs, and retrieve recordings when needed, and report any irregularities while ensuring all equipment is functioning properly.
You manage end-to-end recruitment by coordinating hiring needs, posting openings, screening applicants, and arranging interviews while keeping the team updated on progress.
You handle onboarding and offboarding tasks such as job offers, requirements, orientations, contracts, access setup, resignations, clearances, asset returns, exit interviews, final pay, and record updates.
You oversee attendance and timekeeping to ensure accurate payroll data and prepare monthly reports.
You also take care of administrative filings and records management, prepare needed documents, keep employee files organized and updated, and work closely with the HR Generalist to keep processes smooth.
You may be assigned other tasks from time to time
Qualifications:
Graduate of a business-related degree, psychology, human resources
Previously worked as HR Admin, Audit Staff, or office work-ideally at least a year
Good communicator (written and oral)
Organized and detail-oriented, can handle sensitive and confidential information
Reliable and professional; Willing to travel in Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao stores
