HR ASSOCIATE
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Accounting, Human Resources or any similar field.
Proven experience in employee relations and Payroll, manufacturing industry is an advantage
Has at least 1 to 2 years experience in Payroll
Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to build rapport and establish effective relationships with employees at all levels
With ISO and Quality Management System Background is advantage
Experience in all facets in HR is advantage
Proficient in various MS Office applications
