Job description
Provides job candidates by screening and scheduling interviews
Responsible for the orientation of new employees regarding company policies.
Ensures accuracy of attendance for payroll, monitors tardiness, absences, undertime and leave applications
Monitor and update employee records and contracts.
Assists in implementing employee relations programs and activities.
Responsible for conducting the off-boarding procedures and policies of outgoing employees
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
Understanding of basic HR principles, practices, and procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
13th month salary
