HR ASSOCIATE
Job Description
Will be assigned to recruit, conduct initial interview, and schedule the final interview of qualified job applicants for open positions;
Facilitates on boarding of the new hires by ensuring that their requirements are complete and by coordinating their training schedule with the Training department.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and disciplinary matters;
Maintains and updates the 201 files of the employees.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be willing to train in Cebu City
