The HR Associate is responsible for recruiting applicants for the company's vacant posts. He/She ensures placing job ads on careers pages, administering exams, conducting interviews, updating employee records and assisting in the daily task of the HR Department.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Posts job advertisements
Screens applicants based on job requirements
Schedules applicants for exam and initial interview
Administers the online assessments
Conducts initial interview for rank and file
Endorses qualified candidates to HR Supervisor for final review
Schedules shortlisted candidates for interview of the Hiring Department Manager, if requested
Schedules job offer and prepares all documents needed including pre-employment checklist and referral slip for medical exam
Graduate of Psychology or any behavioral course
Preferably at least 1 year experience in the Recruitment Department
With good communication skills
Flexible and eager to learn
Can work with minimal supervision
