Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management or any related field.
Experience in handling HR Employee Relations is necessary
With knowledge in the legal basis of disciplinary particularly labor standards and labor relations
With good interpersonal skills; above-average analytical skills, and good writing and computer skills
Job Description:
 
Provides counseling and admin hearing
Facilitates in administering employees grievance process or administrative hearings
In-charge in maintaining employer-employee relationships that contribute to satisfactory productivity, motivation, and morale
Concerned with preventing and resolving problems involving individuals which arise out of or affect work situations
Attends to employees concerns on HR matters
