Basic Qualifications:
• College degree holder of BS/BA Psychology, HR Management, Organizational Development or equivalent
• With 2-3 years of working experience related to HR
• Must have knowledge to either of the following; recruitment, training and development, records management or compensation and benefits
• Should be capable in maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Have the ability to deal with all levels of people in the organization.
• Experience in Construction or Engineering Field is an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Willing to work in Pasig
• To start immediately.
