2. Prepares and monitors the training calendar
3. Coordinates with internal and external training providers for different position programs
4. Evaluates training feedbacks and ensures training effectiveness
5. Creates, collaborates, reviews, and updates job descriptions for all positions
6. Monitors employees on Developmental Assignment
7. Assists in succession planning and placements
8. Designs training courses as needed
