Description
Responsibilities:
• Leading all recruitment and sourcing activities to fill in the resources needed by the client of the company;
• Sourcing for candidates using all necessary tools or venues that will ensure timely delivery of applicants;
• Screening resumes, conducting phone and personal interviews, and endorsing qualified candidates to the clients of RBT;
• Preparing applicant summary for endorsement to clients prior to the scheduling of interviews;
• Monitors completion of pre-employment requirements of the candidates;
• Coordinating with applicants and clients for interview schedules;
• Verifies candidates background by contacting references;
• Creating and maintaining a wide database of candidates for present and future job openings;
• Presenting reports to the executives of the company on a regular basis to identify recruitment issues and recommend actions/solutions; and
• Providing assistance for any related admin activities
Qualifications:
• Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management or any related field
• With at least 1 year of work experience in HR/Recruitment
• Knowledge in sourcing techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Good communications skills
